Please read these carefully before making any booking with Sky Dreams Travel.

By booking a flight or Umrah package with Sky Dreams Travel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made through our agency.

Agency Status & Booking

Third-Party Agent
Sky Dreams Travel acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We facilitate bookings on your behalf but are not the direct provider of these services.
Booking Confirmation
After you book, you will receive an email with your flight confirmation. This confirmation means your booking is confirmed with our agency and constitutes a binding agreement.
Customer Commitment
The client must commit to buying the package before making payment. Proceeding with payment confirms your full acceptance of these terms.
Payments, Refunds & Pricing
Non-Refundable Policy
All packages are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. Once you book your flights and Umrah package, you cannot get your money back for any upfront deposits.
Refund Processing Time
In cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 60 days (2 months) for Umrah packages, and within 30 days for flight-only bookings — only if the ticket was originally refundable.
Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Quoted prices are not guaranteed until the booking is fully paid and confirmed.
Changes & Amendments
Non-Changeable Bookings
Bookings are generally non-changeable. Any requested modifications are entirely at the discretion of the supplier and cannot be guaranteed.
Amendment Fees
Any permitted changes will incur a service fee of £10 per passenger, plus any additional costs imposed by the supplier. These charges are payable before any amendment is processed.

Please double-check all passenger details, travel dates, and destinations before confirming your booking to avoid unnecessary amendment requests.

Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

Traveler's Responsibility
Responsibility for valid travel documentation rests solely with the traveler. This includes passports, visas, and any other required travel permits. Sky Dreams Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates and that all required visas are obtained well in advance of your departure.

Flight Times, Delays & Cancellations

Flight Schedule Changes
Flight times are subject to change by the airline at any time. We strongly advise you to check for rescheduling or changes yourself. Once you receive your PNR, you can check your flight status on the airline's website under "Manage My Booking" or "My Booking" section.
Your Monitoring Responsibility
It is your responsibility to stay updated on any changes to your flight. Please call us at least 24 hours before your travel date to confirm your status, as changes can occur at the last minute and are solely within the airline's control.
Agency Not Responsible for Delays
If a flight is delayed or canceled due to an airline decision, our agency bears no responsibility. Airlines are solely responsible for managing their own schedules and providing alternative solutions when flights are canceled.
Airline Alternatives
If an airline cancels a flight, it may at its discretion provide an alternative solution such as a rebooking or refund. This is handled directly by the airline as per their own policies.
Hotel Standards & Policies

Star Ratings
Star ratings are provided by the hotel suppliers and are not guaranteed by us. Before booking, please check the hotel category yourself. Completing the booking confirms that you have reviewed and accepted the hotel's rating and category.
Cleanliness & In-Stay Issues
Cleanliness of rooms and all in-stay matters are the sole responsibility of the hotel. If any issue arises during your stay, please contact the hotel reception directly and resolve it with them. As a third-party booking agent, we do not manage in-stay hotel experiences.
Hotel-Specific Policies
Each hotel has its own policies covering check-in/check-out times, pet policies, and additional fees. You must check these policies and comply with them throughout your stay.
Direct Hotel Contract
Sky Dreams Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and the hotel. Once the booking is confirmed, you enter a direct contract with the hotel. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims related to your stay.
Special Requests & Complaints
Special Requests
Special requests such as dietary requirements or other preferences beyond what is included in your booking are not guaranteed. We will forward such requests to the supplier but cannot ensure they will be accommodated.
Complaints Procedure
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 3 days of your return date. Complaints raised after this period may not be considered. Please email us with full details of your concern.
Changes to These Terms
Right to Amend
Sky Dreams Travel reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for any updates. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
